Hi list,

I've had great help from mr stern in telling how to work to get a code
out of the car.
I got codes 12 21 52 and of course 55. So i renewed the o2 sensor with
succes.
My problems are almost cured.

My question now is..

I can't get a readout anymore. Does it mean my problem is fixed, or is
there something I do wrong.
This morning before a drive I took the battery of and got a 12 and 55
code, so thats ok. But this evening after 2 halfhour drives, i could
not get anything!

Is this something to be happy about?

FYI I got the codes from www.allpar.com GREAT SITE for chrysler.!

H'm. No, you should *always* get at least a 55 after turning the key
on-off-on-off-on. If you wait too long between key flicks, sometimes it
doesn't register.

The other possibility is that the "CHECK ENGINE" bulb has burnt out!

I'll do my best to see what the problem is...the light is ok btw.
Other suggestions?? I'll take the battery off again I think, see what that does

Well, i got the battery off, and i got readouts 12 and 55 again, so
that's sound.
As for the 12 and 52 codes..well i first have drive a bit so see if
they have disapeared.

thx

I've seen those lights get intermittent from bad solder joints
on the cluster circuit board.
