2.7L 5 speed manual transmission

Lady in distress, my 04 GTC - 5 speed manual transmission in need of help. Cable linkage has dislodged. Likely the bushings are worn or could be the cable assembly - can not longer shift and transmission stuck in 1st. MOPAR Parts no longer available . Need a bushing kit or full shift cable- 4593485AA is the part number. Both no longer available. Do we have any suggestions on workaround? Thank you on advance/ Darrell
