2008 base won't turn over with new starter and battery.

    2008 PT Cruiser starter won't turn over. Wiggled the key, no start. New battery, no start. Replaced battery terminals, no start. Power wire to starter is getting 12 volts. Trigger wire to starter is around 5 volts. Two relays on the driver's side firewall click once while trying to start. Used multimeter to check mentioned relays, tested ok.
    Neighbor said she stopped to get gas and when leaving, it would do nothing as she turned the key to start. BUT... I have bypassed from the battery to the starter and it will turn over. Just won't run.
    Wondering if there's other relays or the computer going out or what?
