Wiring connectors

    How do you get the wiring connectors disconnected like the one that is
    connected to the throttle body? This is on a 2001 Caravan. I have a FSM but
    have never been able to take any of these apart without breaking them.

  2. There's a tool, it sort of like a prybar, with ends that slip into the
    external tab and release it from the "tit" on the unit you want to
    remove the harness from. I don't recall the name, but I believe it's
    HELP brand, most parts stores carry it.

    Not sure about the particular connector you're talking about, but the
    connectors on Chrysler vehicles generally have a locking key (orange or
    red) that has to be removed, then you can demate the connector (also may
    be a secondary latch that you have to press). It's a paradox - it's
    only after you break it and get it apart that you can look at it close
    enough to see how to properly get it apart.
