Only does this on pavement. The wheel being turned in either direction on the second revolution will stutter and feel like the tires are biting into the pavement. Won’t do this when rolling. Only while parked. And only on pavement. What I have is new strut assembly on both sides front only. Upper and lower control arms with ball joints. New left cv axle. New tires. Needs an alignment which is scheduled for June. Any ideas what might be causing this are very appreciated! Thanks in advance!
