    We've all seen 'em.

Taco venders' cars with undersized wheels and donut sized tires to fit.
Then you have pimpmobiles with oversized gold spoked wheels with those new
funny -35 rubbers. Lets not leave out WASP redneck boys' lift-kit pickups
attached to monster truck rolling gear. I'm not predjudiced against any
one ethnic group because everyone of them have their share of nudnicks out
to play carnage on the freeways with their '54 Chevies, out-of-control
Caddys, and tippy Broncos in their rush to get to the Welfare Office.

What's with law enforcement? Don't they know these stupid-ass
modifications are dangerous to everybody's good health? Undersized tires
lead to blowouts and poor steering and braking. Oversized ones cause
handling problems due to massive increases in unsprung weight and gyro
precession. In fact, just about ANY modification to factory chassis,
suspension, and running gear is a negative until proven otherwise by
extensive factory engineering evaluation and proving grounds testing. You
may not realize it, but jacking up a Ford Bronco even two inches makes it
so tipover prone, its undrivable on a two lane zig-zag road. Don't believe
me if you don't want to so just ask Ford, GM, and Kraut owned Chrysler and
they all will tell you the same thing: I am right and you are wrong.

These rank amateurs who make vehicle modifications because their friends
and relatives just out of prisons and lunatic asylums do it too are placing
everybody in sight at risk. Themselves, their vehicles, their passengers,
other vehicles and other passengers, pedestrians and all real estate in
their paths. Their insurance companies are particularly at risk because
everytime a modified vehicle is involved in any kind of accident their
owner should be sued for punitive damages for negligently making
unauthorized, unwarrented and plain stupid changes to otherwise perfect
designs. If I am on a tort jury I will recommend a royal windfall to the
    sueee plaintiff.

Police officers, the next time you see one of these ethnic rolling
monstrosities, stop it, handcuff the ethnic violator, and and call for a
tow truck. Don't even let that car be driven home under its own power. It
belongs on a flatbed. And don't forget to check out his car for smog
control violations. Anybody who would put mag wheels on a '55 Chevy is apt
to pull out the EGR valve too. That little offense should be good for at
least one year in the State Penn. and isn't that your objective to lock 'em
    all up?

Insurance companies: Inspect your risks!! If its lowered, jacked up,
chopped or channeled, or has a flame job cancel the policy defacto
immediately. Blackball any owner who has surgically emasculated any
automobile. He has destroyed its roadworthiness and placed your company in
    great peril, believe you me.

I speak from a position of training and experience. I have completed two
semesters of high school auto shop and know from where I have originated.
