I have a 1992 Plymouth Voyager. I replaced the timing chain & It would
not run. I pulled it down again & rechecked everything. I Started it
up after putting the timing chain cover & oil pan on & it ran. I
finished installing everything & it will not run. Has anyone else had
    this problem?

Assuming the vehicle ran before you put the chain on and now it doesn't run
and you say it is correct, it must be the crank sensor.
Normally when you install the crank sensor your supposed to put a paper shim
on the crank sensor to get the proper air gap, if the sensor is in to far
hitting the cam gear you may have damaged the sensor. If the sensor is not
in far enough the sensor wont give the correct signal and wont start.

The problem ended up being a defective cam sensor. I had already
    installed a new one.
When I installed the second sensor it fired & ran perfect. Thanks for
    the help!!!
