Thumping or shuttering noise on take off

I have an 06 300 base model. When I take off from a complete stop or even if I slow to 10-15 mph I have either a thumping or shuttering noise from the rear passenger side. If I let off the gas at 20 and then step on it again the noise will go away. If I take off normally the it goes away at about 25. If I take off hard it will go away at about 40. I haven’t had a chance to look underneath yet but nearesti can tell it’s from the passenger rear corner or in the middle. But definitely in the rear. Anybody ever have anything like this.
