T&C auto temp sensor ?

    Have a 2003 T&C with the automatic temp control/sensor.
    Where does this sensor measure the temp ? It seems like
    when when cooling it gets too cold and when heating, too
    hot. 70 degrees with cooling and heating is not the same.

    It's reading infrared (surface thermal emissivity) temperatures, and it's
    located in the overhead console.
