Steering Noise

    I had my 2003 Dodge Caravan at the dealership for a dead PCM. Whil
    there the dealer also replaced the power steering fluid return lin
    (which was covered under a recall). Since we've had the van back, ever
    slight turn of the wheel causes a loud whining. Local service cente
    thought it might be air in the system. The noise dissipated for th
    service center after they worked the wheel back and forth several times
    but the noise was still there when we picked up the van (after hour
    when all the mechanics were gone). Fluid level is fine
