Spare Tire Winch 2002 GC

    Anybody have a drawing of what he Winch looks like new?
    There is a safety latch that is stopping the tire from coming down,
    even though the cable is loose.
    Took a screw driver to drop the tire down so I could change a flat.
    There appears to be components missing from the assembly. Service
    manual does not show the winch.
