Smoke from '94 Caravan

On my moms '94 Caravan a large amount of smoke pours out from the
exaust pipe. More so then normal. What does this indicate?

Probably that you have the 3.0-litre Mitsubishi-built V6 engine, which is
either sorely in need of crankcase ventillation system service, has stuck
rings or has dropped valve guides.

Time to pull the heads and clip the valve guides and put new valve seals.
