Sebring ABS Cycling Continuously

I have a 1999 Sebring convertible with an ABS system that now cycles
regularly even when the brakes are not being used. I've come across some
info regarding Bendix systems in early 90's Chryslers that had a similar
problem, but I've found nothing mentioning this problem in newer cars. Has
anyone had this problem diagnosed?

the two systems are totally different and i would suggest you take it in to get
codes pulled and if you have traction control you might be causing this to
start up and it appears as a abs issue when it's not
