Radio buzz

The radio in our '97 Plymouth GV minivan buzzes very quicly when
starting the engine or if you turn the radio on when driving. It's
almost like short, but radio works fine. Any ideas?

Like it's picking up alternator noise?

Have you tried throwing a noise filter on the power?

Had a similar problem on an 85. The bolts holding the lower dash frame
(which grounded the radio) had worked loose and developed some corrosion
Tightening the bolts fixed that problem as well a rattle I heard from time to
time.

Did you get a tune-up and not use resistor spark plugs?
