Pushing brakes deactivates rear light

my left brake light does not come on....the center and right do...

also when I hit the brakes with the light switch on, the left rear lamp (2nd
filament on the same bulb) goes off

replaced bulbs...same thing

whats going on here?

Bad Ground in left socket, replace socket or run another ground wire between
socket and ground.
