We are thinking of purchasing a jeep liberty in the near future.

Any opinions as to how people who have the vehicle like it? Would buy
    another?

    Any dislikes or mechanical problems?

    thanks in advance.

  3. Barbie's Li'l SUV. Just right for those gruelling suburban trips to the
mall. It has a trendy V6 engine and plenty of cupholders.

  4. And now a pretty cool, totally modern turbo diesel. Unfortunately, in the US
market, mated only to an A/T.

It all depends on what you're looking to do. If you want to go rock
crawling in Moab, get yourself a Wrangler. I use mine to follow old
railroad grades. They're rocky, but I'd probably classify them as moderate
to rough forest roads. Not being able to afford a vehicle for everyday, and
one for weekends, I decided that the Liberty was a good compromise for use
as a primary vehicle, as well as my weekend fun. Very happy with it.
