I want to lubricate the body of my Chrysler Van but I can find the lubricants that are specify in the owners manual, I need a list of manufacturers and type of lubricants equivalent to:

1. Mopar Lock Cylinder Lubricant
2. Mopar Spray White Lube
3. Mopar Multi-Mileage Lubricant
