Misfiring

My 2010 Chrysler Sebring 2.4l began misfiring so I changed all 4 ignition coils and plugs. It still ran rough. I rechecked the coils and plugs and all was good. I ran a diagnostic and it came up cylinder 1 misfire as well as crankshaft position sensor code. Now when I try to start it up it does nothing but appears to have full power from the battery. My next move is to test the battery/alternator but open to any other suggestions.

How many miles? I am experiencing this issue at 170000. All new coils, plugs, crank, and cam sensors! The TPS is next! Mine runs fine, until you hit 3ed gear! Then it runs so bad its necessary to pull over! Restart and runs good after???
