Jeep Cherokee Lights

Today I noticed that my Jeep Cherokees dash light and tail lights would not
come on when I turn on my headlights. My dome light works when I open the
door or switch it on, my brake lights and reverse lights work, my signal
lights work, my daytime running lights work and my headlights work when they
are switched on. What is wrong? Is it the headlight switch or a broken
wire or what?

The Dash Lights and the Tail Lights use the same fuse. My guess is the fuse
is toast.
