How do I go about removing the driver door from a 1994 LeBaron convertible?

    The lower door hinge has broken loose from the weld. It appears there
    is a rod that holds the hinge together on the bottom (broken) one but
    the top hinge doesn't have the pin. It has two square flat bolts?
    holding the hinge together.
