Grand Voyager Headlights

    I have no low or high headlights and no parking lights.
    Blinkers work.
    Raising the stalk turns on the high beams and the indicator.
    There are no bad fuses and I think the relays are ok.
    I have the Alldata for the van, but it has some terminology I don't understand.
    The lights came on once while testing this afternoon, but never again.
    I think the G200 ground is implicated, but "behind the left kick panel" isn't finding it for me.
    I've found the control module by the steering column, but Alldata doesn't explain it very well.
    Any ideas out there?
    Might an OBD reader tell me anything about this?
