    Hi,
Working on thie motor in situ is a pain - literally and figuratively. I
have to do the cam seals and timing belt.

I'm thinking - it would be a lot easier if I could lower the entire
powertran out of the vehicle and work on it on the garage floor.
I have a twin post car lift in the garage so raising the car off the
    powertrain wouldn't be a problem.

Is this an option or am I heading for more trouble than I can imagine.
Time is a consideration - I have to have this car back together by
    Sunday night. <3 days>

    Thanks

    Peter

it may be easier to get to things but it will take a whole lot longer to
drop the powertrain and do the engine work then by just doing it were it
    sits
and you have a hoist that make it alot easier
you will be surprized how much the motor comes out of the engine bay with a
floor jack and 2by4 under the oil pan with rt motor mount undone and the
    wiper module taken out
