Engine Code 34?

I was wondering if someone could tell me if the the diagnositic code 34 means
that there is a vacuum leak in the speed control. This pertains to a 91 ply
sundance 2.2L. If this is correct, could anyone tell me where in the vacuum
system the speed control hoses are located?
