Diesel Conversion for 87 Jeep Cherokee

    Hey All:

    I have a 1987 Jeep Cherokee with 150k miles on it. It runs great,
    but one day, I'd like to convert it to a diesel. Is there a history of
    this being done?

    they came with one starting in 87 ended in 89 i believe
