Dead 07 P T Cruiser

    Car died,restarted drive about300 ft ,parked,has not run since.will crank,spits,then will not crank again till bat.disconnect,relays on left firewall would cycle w key off also.Fuel pump will not activate w active test.codesp0700,p0883,tcm power input high .new pcm/tcm,replaced fuse box/ power module,no change in symptoms.head gasket was replaced,t belt bout 500 miles ago.Timing marks are on.suspect harness issues.W short finder meter over harness to trans had strong movement,but no harness problems found there.in that area.relays do not cycle now.When first got car upstream o2 sensor ground was open,did a n overlay for it& repaired ground connections by battery&by r f headlight.Any suggestions where to begin diag?
