Convertible Top Problems

    Has anyone ever had intermittent problems with the to going up and down? I have tried to check the switch connections, relays and pump. I suspect the solonoids in the relays in the trunk beside the pump are getting weak. When switch is pushed I can hear what sounds like a spring in the solonoid but no power going through to the pump. I also checked the ground for the relay mount. Looking for suggestions before replacement.
