Cleanout Port Drain Location on 2000 T&C

My 2000 T&C has an ongoing problem with the drain for the A/C plugging up
and condensate ovrflowing into the right passenger compartment under the
dash. The local good 'ol boy repair shop I trusted for 25 years with all my
vehicles (until I moved out of state) had tools they made from wire to reach
in and pull out the insulation that had sloughed off. This was usual for
Chrysler products they said (hence their own tools). However, they indicated
if the last cleanout didn't do it, the only permanent solution was to pull
the dash and drop everything out which would be quite expensive.

It had been clearly determined it wasn't from rain. That's not the issue. I
need to clean the drain. Can someone tell me where it is located and what it
    looks like.

    Thanks
