I recently put carbon / ceramic pads on one of my cars. They are very quiet
    but expensive. NAPA Ceramix

I"ve just put a set of the NAPA's on my wife's van and although VERY
expensive they work very well and will be putting a set on my 99 T&C if/when
    the others ever wear out.

I used the ceramix on my wife's car. And I'm sorry I couldn't remember
anything more than expensive because I bought a bunch of stuff some for her
car and some for a customer's but seeing this I seem to recall the $75.00 or
    so for the set.

    Just a thought.......
Instead of using aftermarket parts why not use factory parts?

The original pads lasted how many miles?
Also the factory pads are a far site cheaper than NAPA's
    Chrysler P/N V1013107 (96 thru 2000)and cost's $49.20

thats better than NAPA's $72.00 pads and you get OEM

I will not use anything autozone has except oil. Everytime I have used
thier parts it has come back to bite me in the butt.
I have found that Chrysler is becomming more competitive with
    maintance parts.

The dealer may not always be the cheapest route, but for the $10 $15
diffence in the price I am going with the OEM parts. Sure autozone has
the lifetime warranty, but how many times do you want to re-do the
    job?

Dealers seem to have the stygma that they will 10 times the price with
everything. Thats useully not the case, I have found.

Thats my input for the matter.

I agree, I have found in the last 5-8 years the dealers GM, Chrysler and
Ford have all suprised me with the right parts OEM cheaper than aftermarker.
