Car will not come out of Park

    Hi, you all I have an 2005 Chrysler 300c RWD hemi and I went to put my car in drive and the shifter is stuck and will not come out of park. Car starts fine no issue but will not go into gear.
    Any suggestions on what it may be?
    Any help will be appreciated
