Bad convertible top replacement job

Ok, I bit the bullet, and spent $1194.62 on a new convertible top and back
window for my 1991 LeBaron. I 'interviewed' the installer for almost 45 minutes
a week before they did the job. I wanted the job done right. I was 'assured'
that I would get the best top and the best installation.

So, I must say that the replacement top (EZ ON brand) is much better quality
than the old top. The back window seems to be bonded to the fabric better than
the orignal, and the header seems to be much more sturdy. The top is cut such
that I have a little more overhang on the sides above the glass, and I like
    that very much.

Now, this is all I can say good about the job.

When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that the fabric near the rear quarter
window was 'wrinked' to a point where I could see inside the car. I was
SHOCKED! I went in and talked with the shop owner (installer was gone). He
waved me off, saying that in a few days that would smooth out. Well, a few days
went by, and it did smooth out 50%, but to me it still does not look right.

Then I put the top down for the first time tonight, and about 10 twisted
staples flew out everywhere????!!! One of them seems to have scratched the
top's fabric; it is not bad, but it's there.

Anyhow, I also noticed that the wrinkled area seems to be PINCHED badly when
the top went back up. Web searching I found this info:

No Warranty for cuts and holes in top caused by abrasion or pinching of top by
1987-95 LeBaron top frames. Chrysler issued technical bulletin 23-23-89/P-3754
(and others) describing problems and the repair procedures which dealers need
to perform. Robbins cannot be held responsible for any damage to our products
    by top frames, body components

So, on Monday it is back to the fast talking Upolestry shop, and I bet they
won't fix a thing. I just can't seem to get anything done right nowadays. Maybe
I call the Credit Card company for help?

Anyhow, anyone know of the above mentioned TSB? Any copies I could at least
    review?

    Thanks for listening guys!

Sounds like you're having a lot of trouble!

You can get full TSB's for your vehicle by buying a 1-year on-line
subscription to www.alldata.com. This will also give you access to
information right out of the FSM, but you will have access to the TSB's
    for your vehicle.
