99 Sebring Convertible Speedometer Problem

    While driving noticed speedo not registering. Soon after car died and
    coasted off the roadway. Restarted ok, but does not shift to 4th or
    overdrive. Does this sound like a failure in the TCM or possibly the
    relay?? Has anyone had a similar experience?? Car has 102,000+ miles
