My 98 Plymouth Grand Voyager instruments suddenly stopped working. The instrument lights work, but not the gauges and odomoter/trip etc... ABS light is on (for a few years before inst. cluster went out).

I have done the following with no results.

Replaced the cluster with a junkyard replacement. (gas and temp gauges reading half after replacement).
Fuse panel removal/cleaning of the terminals.
Soldered the leads behind the cluster.
    Replaced the ignition switch.
Visual inspection of the BCM for bad connections.
    Checked fuses.

Can anyone give me some instructions on off the car bench testing the cluster?

    Thank you,

    Gus
