Why did you even bring up the e-mail? You should have called and asked
for the name of the zone rep for your area and paid him a personal visit.

Once they have the VIN, they have any related file. Dealer turndown,
Zone Rep turndown (I had already been the Zone Rep route) before going
to email.

As I say, they've earned it.
