Take a good look at the recovery bottle cap and make sure that the gasket it
making a good seal around the bottle, if it is dryrotted or shows signs of
    wear replace it.

Replace the radiator cap, and MAKE SURE that its a cap of the type where
the check valve (the little metal disk in the center of the rubber
gasket) is retained by a SPRING.... NOT one of the kind where the little
disk dangles freely- those are for conventional "recovery bottle"
systems, not for the Intrepid type system where the coolant tank is
pressurized just like the engine block and radiator are.
