97 Caravan valve cover gasket replacement - what is best approach

I need to replace the rear valve cover gasket on my 97 Caravan. I
would like to do this myself. What is the best way to handle this,
since it is practically impossible to get to the valve cover? Does
the intake manifold need to be removed? Thanks.
