96 chrysler intrepid check engine code deciphering

Can anyone decipher these check engine codes for a 96 intrepid:

1, 2, 4, 3, 4, 3, 5, 1, 5, 5.

Any correct help will be most appreciated.

Code 12 indicates codes following. Code 55 is End Of Codes.

Assuming the 3.5L, you've got the notorious leaking intake manifold
gasket (most likely at cylinder 5 at least) which is setting the one of
the Code 43's. Thats leaning out the fuel/air mixture and possibly
triggering the lean O2 condition (Code 51). Code 51 can also indicate a
dead O2 sensor at the lean end, or a bad MAP sensor.

Best to get the intake problem fixed first. May eliminate the lean
condition. Good time to have the fuel rail recall taken care of at the
same time if not already completed.
