The car has been fine but after 20min of driving when you come to a stop it
slips. Then yesterday day i went to put it in drive and it hesitated then
dropped into "limp-home" mode.I have asked alot of questions here before
and had alot of help. Thanks! :D

You should be able to find a lot of discussion of these problems.

You would find out that you need to consider that one of the two speed
sensors is bad causing the limp-home mode. Also consider changing tranny
    filter and fluid.

When you say it "slips", is this possibly what is called the "bump shift
problem (i.e., you feel a bump just before it stops)? IOW, what do you
    mean by "slips"?

Stupid question: You did check fluid level?

IF you are not sure what's in there, have the fluid changed to the correct
Chyrsler fluid. Check the level. Could be that or one of the 2 sensors.
Those are cheap. If not fluid or 2 sensors you are into big bucks but
check those first. When fluid is changed, do not allow them to use any
additive. Also someone recently posted that a Chrysler dealer flushed his
AT and that got things going again. I would tend to stay away from "peanut
butter" lube offers to flush your AT because you have no idea what they will
    put in at the end.
