There is something very wrong with the electrical. The tack needle
sits at 6000rpm and does not move. When it's in that position, the
radio, and interior light do not work. At other times the tack gets
burried at 7000+, when it is in that position everything works fine.
Then sometimes magically it goes back to normal and everything works
fine again. The tack seems to take these positions at random times.
Also if everything IS working fine and I press the Rear Defroster
button, right away the tack sits at its 6000 rpm position and makes
    everything stop working.
Ever seen this? Have any suggestions? I would greatly appreciate it.
