88 Lebaron steering rack

    I'm going to replace my leaky steering rack. I want to change from 14" rims to 15" rims. Two racks are available, one for 14" rims and One for 15" rims. I would like to know what the difference is? I suspect 15" rack can be used with 14" tires but a 14" rack used with 15" tires will cause rubbing. Can anyone confirm? Also racks can be ordered with different ratios, lock to lock. Quicker steering as opposed to slower steering. Will that affect turning radius?
