2010 sebring convertible top not secure

The top retacts like normal but the latches in the trunk will not work. I can put the top back up but the same thing happens at the end of operation with a message top not secure. Is there an easy fix for this problem?

I see this message is from 2021, I am having the same issue, but it is intermittent, has anyone found a solution?

Have same problem do not see any solutions here. Is there an easy reset?
