2005 Town & Country Weird Heating Issue, Please Help!

    Okay 1st post so sorry if I missed anything. I thought this would be a good place to get some help. I have a 2005 T&C with roughly 125k miles on it. When I start this baby up, I have really good heat until the temp gauge gets to about 49% of the way up, just a c-hair under the middle of the gauge. When the temp reaches this, the heater blows out cold air. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
