2004 Sebring Limited Convertible - No turn signals or Hazards

    The fuse is good and I've replaced the flasher on the steering column.... Just purchased 4 days ago - "as is" unfortunately

    Also, CD changer does not play -- get Err on display and will not eject CDs??
