2004 Pacifica Rusting

    I have a ohio 04 pacifica bubble rusting on hood on right side of
    emblem,looks like a flaw
    i took it to dealer, they said they would repaint the whole thing.
    others might be doing the same
    also many light problems with car.
    anyone else have these problems?

    many light problems withe the car?????
    such as well designed headlites going out for no reason with piss poor
    wiring(looks like something seen on a 1980 snowmoble as far as
    connectors are concerned) burning up and the lites going out there is a
    recall
