2002 T&C Intermittently stalls after starting

    This problem has seem to occur more and more lately where on cold starts,
    the engine stalls after a few seconds upon startup. Restarting it results
    in the same thing, until after 4 or 5 times, some safety feature must
    kick-in because the alarm light starts to flash and turnning the key does
    nothing.

    I forgot to mention that no errror codes are appearing.

    there is more than 10 modules in that van and the first one to have codes
    pulled from is the skim module but it takes a quality scanner for that it.
    sounds like the skim module is locking you out also run a fuel pressure drop
    test on the van
