2001 Town & Country AC Fan

    Our 2001 T&C AC/Heater fan runs on high speed all the time. I can
    change the direction of airflow and the temp just fine, and the
    displays behave as expected, but the fan speed can not be changed on
    manual or automatic mode. Any ideas anyone???
