2001 T&C upgrade/general repair

    I love my van... LOVE IT!

    I want to give it alittle more UMPH and some nice looks... suggestions? I
    need fog lamps... want to replace the tail lights... and get as much
    horsepower as my wallet will allow. Only prob, I don't know where to look
    and what is logical to replace... Websites? Insights? Thoughts??
    HELP!??!!?!?!?!?
