2001 Sebring crank no start

    Hello I am having trouble with a 2001 Sebring 2.4 crank no start ? Two codes are P1388 and P0340 cam sensor has been tested okay. Old computer replaced with an auto wrecker computer. Any help on this would be much appreciated
