2001 PT Cruiser cutting off while driving... HELP!!!!

Hi there, I have a 2001 pt cruiser. About 2 weeks ago the car started cutting off while driving. You can pull over wait about 60 seconds and start it right back up. Sometime the car will cut off while driving and a few seconds later it will cut itself back on. We have replaced the fuel pump, CAM sensor and the battery and cables. The car is still doing it. There has been no engine light come on the car until today. The codes that came up for the engine light are PO725 and PO700. Does anyone know what could be wrong??? We are checking the wiring between the transmission computer and the engine computer.
If anyone could help me please let me know. We have no idea what to do next?
