2000 Ram 3500 turbo deisel relay failure?

    My Dodge Ram has failed to start. I've checked both batteries (meter reads 11.6 volt and 12 volt charged). I have all the expected bells and whistles showing strong in the cab. I presume one of the ignition fuses or relays have failed, although nothing is visible. Has anyone else had a problem like this? Is there anything else that would cause this? Clutch switch maybe?
