1999 T&C driver side mirror

    The T&C's driver side mirror has turned yellow for a while. I guess the
    auto dim/heated mirror will probably not working in winter. The color makes
    the view pretty weird.

    Dealer claims that will take two hours labor before knowing what needs to be
    replaced.

    Is it something that I can do it myself?
